Turbulent enviroment

Changing your work environment can be very hard.
Changing the people you work with can be even harder.
But every challenge has it positives, learn as much as you can, in any case this will bring you a positive return

Defocus

When facing new challenges, the best way to start for me is to defocus from anything else at first, and see only the final objectives.
Before any new challenge, there is also a preparation time, when I look inside myself and focus on what make me strong enough.
