Sometimes I feel surrounded by these, but then zooming out, I realize we all are, they can just be wider or tighter, but we can change it. It's up to us....luckily

going up

..it is fun!A lot of fun! Just keep the right perspective, whatever the new view will be, it will be a new one. Don't forget the efforts made to get there, and make the best out of it!

Leapfrog

It has always been written that cultural changes are the most difficult ones in an organization. It is very very true, and the main problem is that if people do not embrace it, they have to be let go, or the whole process will fail.
Failing in applying such a major shift could lead to a failure for the whole company, and for sure in not jumping to the next curve.
Upgrades or leapfrog innovation?
I believe only leapfrog one can lead to real new growth.
